Delivery Times
- Order cutoff time: If you're planning to place an order, keep in mind that we have a cutoff time of 5:00 PM (PST) from Monday to Friday. Any orders that come in after this time will be processed on the next business day, which might add a little extra time to when you can expect to get your delivery. This is just how we make sure everything runs smoothly and gets to you as quickly as possible.
- Order handling time: We usually take 1 to 2 business days, from Monday to Friday, to handle orders. After we've processed your order, we'll ship it out using one of the shipping companies we work with.
- Transit time: 6 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days.
