30-Day Easy Returns

We want to make sure you love what you buy from Casari Living. If for some reason you're not happy with your purchase, don't worry, we've got you covered. We have a simple return process in place, so you can easily exchange or return your item if it's not quite right.

Return Policy Overview

Return Timeframe: If you want to send something back, you have 30 days from when it arrives to do it.

Condition: When you send something back, it needs to be in the same shape as when you got it, with no signs of use.

Easy Returns: Returning stuff you bought is a breeze. If you need to send something back, just give us a shout and we'll get in touch with you right away.

Return Costs

• For Defective Products: If you get a defective product, you won't have to pay for it. A defective product is something that's damaged during shipping or is faulty in some other way. This means if your item arrives broken or doesn't work properly because of a mistake that happened before it got to you, you're not responsible for the cost.

• For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): When a customer changes their mind about a purchase, they'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item. This includes covering the delivery cost to send the product back to us. If a customer orders the wrong product or decides they no longer need it, they'll have to pay for all the shipping costs involved in returning the item. Unfortunately, we can't refund the original shipping costs. The customer is essentially covering all the costs associated with sending the product back, so they should factor that in when deciding what to do. It's worth noting that we can't reimburse them for the shipping costs they paid when they first received the item, so that's something to keep in mind.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: If you need to get in touch with us, just send an email to info@casariliving.com. Make sure to include your order number and let us know why you're returning something.

2. Pack Your Item: When you're getting ready to send something back, make sure to put it in the same box and packaging it came in. Don't forget to include all the little extras like tags and accessories that were in the original package. This will help everything get back to where it needs to go safely and efficiently.

3. Send it Back: You can drop off the package at any mail place near you, just follow the instructions we sent you by email.

Refund Process

Inspection: When we get the item back, we'll check it to make sure everything is okay and that it meets our return policy rules. This includes looking at the product and all the things that came with it. We want to make sure it's all in the right condition before we do anything else.

• Refund: When you return something, we'll process the refund after we get it and check it out. We'll send the money back to the same payment method you used when you bought it. It usually takes around 8-10 business days for the refund to show up in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or something else entirely? Just let us know and we'll be happy to help you swap it out - we make exchanges quick and easy.

Order Cancelation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, your order may already be processed and unable to be modified or canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

Some things you buy might not be able to be returned, and that's for good reasons like keeping you clean and safe. We'll make sure to let you know if something can't be returned by saying so in the description of the product.
